⏱️ Rental Periods, Early Return Incentives, & Pickup Rules
1. The 5-Day Rental Period (Calendar Days)
  • Your rental includes up to 5 full calendar days on your property.
  • We do not track rentals by the hour. Whether your bin arrives at 8:00 AM or 3:00 PM, that delivery day counts as Day 1.
  • Your rental ends on Day 5. You must text or call us before 2:30 PM on Day 5 to stop your rental clock and avoid extra charges.
2. 💵 Early Return Reward ($10 Off Per Day)
If you finish your project ahead of schedule, we pass the savings on to you!
  • For every full calendar day you return the bin early, you will receive a $10 discount credited back to your account.
  • To qualify for an early return day credit, you must text or call for pickup before the 2:30 PM cutoff on that day.

3. Same-Day Late Pickup Window & Cutoff Times
Because landfills close promptly at 4:30 PM, our final daily pickup routing is subject to strict scheduling limitations.
  • The 2:30 PM Rule: To request a same-day pickup, you must text or call us before 2:30 PM.
  • Time-Stop Guarantee: Once you send your pickup request text (before 2:30 PM), your rental time officially stops. You will not be charged extra days if our truck arrives late.
  • The 3:30 PM Window: If requested before 2:30 PM, we will make every effort to pick up the bin by 3:30 PM.
4. Loadline Next-Day Retention Right
  • Right to Delay: Loadline reserves the right to keep the rental bin at your property past 3:00 PM and collect it the following business day due to landfill operating hours, traffic, or driver scheduling.
  • No Extra Fees: If Loadline exercises this right to leave the bin overnight, you will not be charged an extra daily rate, provided your initial pickup request was made before the 2:30 PM deadline.
  • After-Hours Requests: Any pickup request placed after 2:30 PM automatically moves your scheduled pickup to the following business day and may incur extended rental fees.

 Prohibited Hazards & Environmental Policy
Loading any of the following items is illegal under environmental regulations. Failure to comply will result in the bin being left on-site, or immediate assessment of Hazardous Waste Fees starting at $250.
🧪 Liquids & Chemicals
  • Wet paint (dry cans with lids off are acceptable)
  • Motor oils, fluids, and fuels
  • Pesticides, herbicides, or chemical solvents
☣️ Hazardous Materials
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Fluorescent light tubes
  • Medical waste or biohazards
  • Propane tanks or pressurized cylinders
🔋 Batteries & Electronics
  • Lead-acid car/truck batteries
  • Heavy E-waste (computers, monitors, TVs) unless pre-arranged in writing

🏗️ Strategic Loading Guide & Property Protection
To safely maximize your 15-cubic-yard capacity, you must load the bin in the following strict order. Correct loading balances weight and prevents property damage.
  1. Flat & Heavy Items First: Place plywood, drywall sheets, or old doors flat along the very bottom. Break down all cardboard boxes flat.
  2. Fill the Gaps: Place smaller debris, trash bags, and loose items into the voids between larger structures.
  3. Bulky Items Last (The Top Layer): Place furniture, mattresses, scrap metal, and heavy appliances (refrigerators, washers) near the rear gate at the very top.
  • Weight Distribution Liability: Following this order keeps the weight balanced. It prevents the bin from becoming "bottom-heavy," which can cause gouging, cracking, or damage to your driveway or our truck’s hoist system. Loadline Debris Removal is not liable for surface damage caused by unevenly distributed weight loaded by the customer.

⚠️ Critical Safety & Operational Rules
The "Water Level" Rule
  • No Overfilling: Debris must not extend above the top rim of the bin.
  • Legal Hauling Limits: By law, our drivers cannot transport an overfilled bin on public roads.
  • Dry Run Fees: If a driver arrives and the bin is overfilled, the bin will be left on-site. You will be required to level the load yourself and will be charged a $150 dry run fee for the wasted trip.
Weight Limits & Tonnage Fees
  • Included Weight: Your base rental fee includes the first 2,000 lbs (1 Ton) of debris.
  • Overage Rate: Any weight exceeding the first 1 Ton is billed at a non-refundable per pound basis of $.14/per lbs.
  • Heavy Materials Warning: To avoid massive overage fees, do not fill the bin with heavy aggregates like dirt, concrete, sand, asphalt, tile, or brick.
Delivery & Pickup Clearance Requirements
  • Ground Space: You must provide at least 60 feet of straight-line access for our truck to drop off or pick up the bin.
  • Overhead Space: You must ensure at least 25 feet of vertical overhead clearance. Watch out for low-hanging power lines, phone cables, and tree branches.
  • Obstruction Liabilities: If a pickup or delivery fails due to blocked access (parked cars, locked gates, low branches), a $150 dry run fee will apply.

⚖️ Liability Waivers & Damage Disclaimers
Driveway & Property Damage Disclaimer

Loadline Debris Removal is not responsible for damage to driveways, asphalt, concrete, pavers, lawns, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities resulting from the weight of the truck, the bin, or the loaded contents.
Local Permits & Ordinances
The customer is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary street permits, HOA permissions, or local variances required to place the bin at the specified location. Any fines or tickets issued due to unpermitted placement will be billed directly to the customer.
